The world's largest lagoon is the New Caledonian Lagoon, which is located in the French Pacific territory of New Caledonia:
Size: The lagoon covers 24,000 square kilometers (9,300 square miles)
Features: The lagoon is surrounded by over 1,600 kilometers of coral reef, and has sheltered bays and uncrowded anchorages

"A New Chapter Awaits"

As some of your may be aware that this year all the way back in May myself and a colleague were stuck for 2 Weeks in New Caledonia. Our 4 day conference was turned all the way upside down!

But, I am so happy to hear that New Caledonia is opening its door to tourists again! It's such a magical, special place with many unique qualities. Despite the situation I loved my time there and I'm excited that we can now visit again.

Like the book of life...you never know what will appear in the next chapter.

Love it when I get an email like this (see below) - from clients who are currently away in Asia. It's been a long hard week and this message really boosted me.

"We are having an amazing trip. Everything you advised us to do has exceeded expectation plus all we have added the same. Hotels all beautiful, pick ups transfers excellent. Most of our drivers spoke very good English so learnt a lot about family community and culture. Ha Long Bay fantastic Great people on board and we all gelled. Loved the Vietnamese people so calm friendly smiley. Being on small group tours has been fun as we linked up with lovely people with common interest. My daughter has been wonderful as I could never have done this without her. People have readily helped me with steps steps and more steps. Always much appreciated. 🚦International Driving Permits🚦

Each country has its own laws and regulations, it can get quite complex. A great place to start is by heading to your local AA and getting yourself an International Driving Permit. This handy addition to your licence will ensure that you can prove your right to drive in the specific country you are visiting.

An important reminder that some insurers may not accept a claim if you had not arranged an International Permit and AA is the only agency able to issue your permit in New Zealand.

You may have seen my post on Tuesday about a wonderful last minute deal from . This inspired me to share a few points about what I love about Viking and their offering.

🌟 You're not going to be nickle and dimed. Viking are known for their generous spirit and this is illuminated by offering complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks at both lunch and dinner.
🌟 No Casinos - there's nothing wrong with a bit of a flutter, but its not for everyone!
