Please also avoid CAPITALISATION as Facebook can treat this as spam and your post or comment could automatically be blocked.
We do value your opinions and feedback, both positive and negative, and while we support lively, open discussion we reserve the right to remove and/or block users from this page at our discretion if a user doesn’t comply with the above rules.

If you’re a Q Card customer and have specific questions about your account or our services, to protect your privacy we can’t answer them publicly. But we're still here to help, so send us a Private Message and we will send your query onto a team member that can assist you.
Q Card will never ask you by email for your secure banking information (account, credit card details or password) or ask you to login to your account from an email. Q Card will always ask you to login through our website/portal and you should do so by typing https://www.qcard.co.nz/ directly into your browser address bar. If you are concerned about an email's authenticity, please contact us directly on 0800 117 000.
Social accounts
Our social support team will regularly monitor this page between 8am – 8pm Monday to Sunday. If appropriate, we will respond to your comments within 24 hours during business hours.

Q Card does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in photos. We will where appropriate credit the photo/image.
You are able to revoke this licence at any time by contacting Q Card in writing via our page and informing us that you no longer want us to use your photo.
