If only all urban planning was as thoughtful and beautiful as Paerata Rise in south Auckland. Surrounded by millions of native tree plantings, walking trails, dog parks, playgrounds and now an asphalt pump track, what a place to live!

This wee gem only occupies an 80 x 25 meter space in school grounds. Complete with 170 meter pump track with vert berms, skills features and skate box and roll in.
