Kolona sits on the NW tip of Kythnos, around a 7 hour sail from Alimos Marina in Athens. We most frequently overnight here on the penultimate night of any trip finishing in the Cyclades. The sole taverna offers this sunset view, and a natural thermal pool on a nearby beach is a special spot for a nightcap after dinner 🌟🌙🇬🇷

This great cove SW of Antiparos is one of the more idyllic BBQ spots we've found over the years sailing Greece. Smack bang in the heart of the Aegean, it's distance from any major town or city makes it magical for evening stargazing.. and the odd bit of story telling too!

One of our classic favourite views in the Cyclades. The historic Chora on Serifos is possibly THE most authentic of all it's counterparts. Ambling through it's alleys to the Kastro ruin is a unexpected visual delight. In this pic, the humble yet beautiful neoclassical town hall is complemented by a gorgeous Cycladic chapel - one of 116 on the island with a population of just 1250! Weather permitting, Serifos is a must visit on our Cycladic sailing route to the islands you never knew you'd love ❤️ 🇬🇷
