CYB Construction Limited is a privately owned NZ company that has been operating throughout the West Coast and Canterbury regions of New Zealand since 1994. This award winning company covers a broad range of building and construction projects, from seismic upgrading, renovations and warehouse / supermarket developments, to large Civil works - not restricted to tourism, waste

treatment plants and processing facilities. Company Status

In the past decade, the company has gained national recognition being a finalist in the National Registered Master Builders Federation House of the Year awards 5 times and won the 2005 National Supreme - Commercial Award. Also receiving recognition for their supreme success, CYB Construction Ltd continues to provide award-winning service in all construction sectors. Venturing out into the construction of transportable office units and most recently accommodation and 1x bedroom fully functional apartments with ensuite.

After prolonged consideration and some sadness CYB Construction shareholders and directors have made the difficult decision to close the West Coast operation of the company. Some work will continue in Canterbury with a small team based over there.
This decision has come about mainly due to changing family circumstances. CYB has been a very solid and accomplished player in the West Coast construction industry over many years. This decision is in no way related to any financial concerns.
CYB will complete current commitments and then look at selling off assets including plant, vehicles and stock over the coming months.
We would like to acknowledge our wonderful loyal staff and our subcontractors, clients, architects and other professionals who have played a huge part in constructing a large portfolio of buildings over the past 32 years that we can all look back on with considerable pride.
We will arrange to celebrate our achievements together in 2025.
We look forward to seeing you all then.

Dolomite Point Redevelopment Project

Opened to the public this week and we are so proud of what our team has done on this project. Stage one carpentry and concrete work completed by CYB, led on site by Matt Reedy. We acknowledge and thank the many others too numerous to name, who contributed. This will be a legacy building for the Coast and certainly a highlight in our history.

Congratulations to Sheppard and Rout, Lewis and Bradford, Naylor Love, DOC, Ngati Waewae and everyone who has been involved in the huge team effort to create this beautiful sculptural building. We are sure there will be many awards to come on this one.
