Finally these 3 Keet’s have names! Wayne, Shayne and Michael. no clue what s*x they are but they are friendly and hilarious! Only 1 sibling left at the bottom with mum so hopefully they know how lucky they are to have been picked out and bought up here to grow up - will walk them down the hill when they are a bit bigger to see how they go with their non humans and if ok without us or the dog, cat, ducks, peacock family up the hill! 😅🫣

Little is a mum of 3! I had to assist #3 as she was coming out backwards and taking way too long. Terrifying but gez was exciting! #2 will come up with us as the house lamb and may call her Smudge as all other blacks born have white streaks down their faces so far.. so hard to tell them apart!

More also due - Nimmo is massive and laying down looking fed up and starting to make some noise so she is due any tick of the clock too..

TA-DAH.. This one is the egg from yesterday - didn’t progress or hatch overnight - thought it was a goner. Nex minute on phone to Rich and a big cherp and push and there it was.. it has bent neck guessing being stuck in the shell all night so maybe it will be ok so will call it Mabe with a L at the end. so Maybel it will be known as .. Another pipping now so Maybel will have a friend soon.

all action here today… hope these ones hatch ok.. haven’t hatched runner ducks before.. hopefully all 4 will be ok as it’s been an effort - power outage and then forgot to turn the cradle back on to rotate them 🤦‍♀️ - BUT IT LOOKS LIKE ITS ABOUT TO GET EXCITING! 🤞

So a new delivery of a gentle giant today.. Looks like will be raising the fences! Seven is his name 4yr old and over 1.6m to the top of his shoulder. Our bigs are dwarfs compared to him and our littles - well they just look like dots! 🤣
