We're committed to ensuring we can provide the best quality products at the lowest prices to the consumer market. All of our product is curated by us to ensure it is suitable for retail. If we wouldn't put it in our own homes, we won't sell it.

So we were a bit disappointed when Story ran a piece last night with MasterPlumbers that seemed to chastise online plumbing retailers as being the problem for shonky quality products ending up in Kiwi homes.

We do welcome more industry regulation and are excited by the opportunity to improve the reliability of the retail industry for plumbing equipment, both online and in brick-and-mortar stores.

Tarring all online retailers with such a wide brush is frustrating as we are just as keen as anyone on working towards a better, safer industry, without penalising consumers in the process.
