Liz & Rod have recently moved into their new home.

This has had us looking back to when we first met and the consultation and design process begun. Like all projects, details changed over time and we were with them every step of the way to bring their desires to life.

We worked with Sara and First Windows & Doors Whangamata (Sara’s work place) to supply the joinery for Brendon and Sara's House & Land package, new home build. This included Sara adding green tinted windows, exterior slider and a fabulous glass entrance door to the plans. We love the flexibility we were able to offer Sara and Brendon in creating a home that is uniquely theirs. Check out the video and watch for the very cute family member enjoying the north facing deck that flows off the living areas and master bedroom.

Gas fires and/or heat pumps offer a clean and easy alternative for heating but a wood fire can bring a special kind of warmth and ambience to a home. This clean air approved small size radiant Kent Cardrona fire was installed in a 135m2 home recently. Small, compact and up to 14kw of heat.
