It's the fine details that make a great house amazing, and this house has so many fine details, on every wall, soffit and corner. It has been an absolute pleasure to be part of. Overcast, warm and no rain, perfect weather for Clay's Concrete Ltd to lay our floor today. Had sand around the perimeter and soaked by 4pm, then started raining. Conditions couldn't be better. Props on the unispan in place for 2 weeks to let the concrete set.

Early start this morning for our pre cast and unispan delivery. All went to plan thanks to the great team at Busck Prestressed Concrete Ltd and an awesome crane operator who's precision was great to watch. Panels look amazing with a rough sawn timber face. Will be neat seeing the 1400mm cantilever unispan, once the form ply and props come off.

When you need a really...really deep hole drilled. 7 meter poles 375mm SED. And an awesome view of our amazing Northland coastline. We really do get to build in Some beautiful spots.
