To see the face on the Machu Picchu postcard, all you have to do is turn the Machu Picchu postcard photo to the left.🌞 If you take or draw this image, you will understand that you do not need any retouching to identify the profile of a human face looking at the sky.🤗🤗🤗 Most tourists cannot see the Inca face until they manage to get a good postcard photo. This human profile presents a chin, mouth, a somewhat disproportionate nose and a cleft formed by a small depression that shapes the eye.👀 It is curious to see the formation that resembles the mouth as it seems to be a detail perfected by the mountain.👈🇵🇪

Cusco is a true mystery that always continues to surprise us. If it is in your plans to travel to this department, you cannot miss Moray. These platforms are unique: they have different microclimates on each level, thus achieving a very diverse and unique crop. In Moray there are still many secrets hidden, and what better than to visit to discover them! At VISIT PERÚ NOW Lamanita Travel we leave you all the information so you can plan your next adventure. Moray was an Inca research center and is located 3,500 meters above sea level. It is located 7 kilometers from the town of Maras. Its particularity lies in its agricultural terraces (also called terraces), which are built as an amphitheatre. It is estimated that there are around 12 levels, of which one of the holes has a depth of up to 1.50 meters. Each platform has its own irrigation system, which is interesting for many researchers because it speaks of a complex and well-designed method for their crops.

In 1909 (2 years before the 'discovery' of Machu Picchu), the American explorer Hiram Bingham arrived at Choquequirao.
Like Machu Picchu, the Incas built Choquequirao in a strategic position on top of a mountain. This allowed them to have a privileged view of the surroundings.

JUNE, one of the best months to travel to the Imperial City, the best option to take advantage of the various festivities that take place in that month as the Inti Raymi known as the festival of the sun.
Thus, through this celebration, the Incas legitimized their dominion over every corner of their vast empire.
Every winter solstice (between June 20 and 23), the Incas performed a ritual in honor of the sun, the maximum divinity in the Tahuantinsuyo, through a multitudinous ceremony in which representatives of the entire empire participated.
It was formerly known as 'Wawa Inti Raymi'. The Inca emperor Pachacutec (1418 - 1471), who ordered the construction of Machu Picchu, began this religious-cultural tradition in the 15th century. According to the Andean cosmovision, at that time the sun began its cycle again. Since 1944, this tradition was reinstated in Cusco at the initiative of the Cusquenian artist Faustino Espinoza. Today, it is one of the most important celebrations in Peru. Its celebration includes dances, performances, typical costumes.
