Breath in...awake... ...breath out... & travel
In travel we alter our state of mind. The perception opens up to a wider spectrum of the reality dwelling beyond the every day's experience. We get a chance to enjoy the reality in fuller more natural way. We perceive more while in the state of nonjudgmental excitement. The senses seem to be sharper, more willing to notice the beauty of the moment. Colors are brighter, food tastes better, the heart opens to what is usually out of the range of the spoken language. We become more vulnerable to the reality inviting us to play and explore it’s broad potential. It’s beautiful to accept this rear invitation. To allow the exultation of the moment to embrace your being, nourishing and refreshing the existence. It can be felt as spiritual or even ecstatic when your heart becomes a vessel for peace and stillness. Beating in the harmonious rhythm with the heart of the universe.
This is the way I travel. I allow myself to say YES to the energy of every place I visit, and every experience I encounter. That can be life transforming, or unique and meaningful at least. Relish the new situation like a child, fully and with an open mind. Taking from it as much as possible. Is it a pick of Machu Picchu, Huana Picchu or ancient villages hidden 4500 meters above sea level in Andes. I’m grateful for the beauty of the waterfalls in the Chapada dos Veadeiros national park in Brazil, and for the might of Ayahuasca during ceremony guided by shaman of the Amazon jungle.
There is a lot of magical places kept in secret away from the sight. I have visit many. Each one of them enriched me, and left me with reflections of the deeper meaning of reality and great feeling of fulfillment in my heart.
Now I am privileged to invite you to experience the magnificence, and the magic of these places together with me. The experience that exceeds the regular sensual perception of the world. There is so much more than that… The expeditions are designed for small groups allowing everyone for full, and undisturbed experience. It’s more than just a sightsee. It’s an active and intense time for all of us, not only on the outside but also inwardly. We practice methods of expanding the consciousness including mindful breath-work, as well as the teachings of Colin Sisson which I was lucky to learn from. This way you gain guidance in exploring the deeper layers of your mind, and the areas beyond that. Isn’t it great to better understand yourself and the world we live in? You are encouraged to go as deep as you will. Deeper understanding of the mind is the key to access the unlimited resources of creativity, and intuition. The gained serenity once discovered allows you to cope with everyday challenges easier for a long period of time. It’s a human thing to experience stress, hesitance, irritation or disharmony in one’s life. It’s an art that everyone can learn to overcome unexpected circumstances mindfully. A knowledge easy to recall, like a knowledge of a place you’ve already been to. Expending the consciousness makes it easier to stay present in the FLOW of the moment. Let’s learn to manifest the fulfillment with effortless ease.
