TEAM/CREW FILM EXPERIENCE

Watching the biggest documentary film crew working was something else. Not that complicated tho..it was simple.

1. Everyone had a role to play. They did what they were supposed to do and didnt step on another person's toe.

2. Everyone was "qualified" and "experienced." they knew exactly what to do.

3. Proper and "clear" communication was going on.. Constantly. There was no "mis communication" no confusion, no mis information..

4. Team Leaders did the leading and every one on the crew simply "harim tok na bihainim."

5. There was ORDER. The crew came with PLANTI equipment, both big and small..they rented a room. A space for everything and everything in its place for the duration of the production.

They had a system in place and no one tried to corrupt that system.
