To our valued customers. Starting 09 December 2022 we will not accept new passport applications until February 2023. We will be concentrating on following up on current pending applications. This is due to the delay in the process of printing the passports.

To our valued clients.

Lately The Immigration Passport Section probably have some technical issues which they didn't clarify, and this has caused the delay in printing of passport. We still following up on few applications since August and we didn't get any good feedback, but we are patient and keep following up.

For those who who submitted their application since late September and early October, we are still holding on to the applications until we get some good explanation about the whole situation, and guarantee that the passports will be ready within 10 working days, by then we will lodge, just for the safe side of misplacement of the applications.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We appreciate your understanding that this case is beyond our control.
