Under the direction of Chief Migration Officer Mr. Stanis Hulahau, we have now adopted new turnaround time for all Visa and Passport services.

As of Wednesday, 02 June, 2021, Passport processing time has been reduced from 15 working days to only 7 while new visa applications and visa renewal reduced by 5 days.

The table details the revised turnaround times.
