Travelers who are entering South Korea will no longer have to submit a pre-departure negative COVID Test result. However, travelers will still need to take a PCR test within the first 24 hours of their arrival in the country.

📍TACLOBAN
For guests flying to Tacloban, the City of Tacloban requires all Locally Stranded Individual (LSI) guests to present a Medical Certificate and Travel Authority to be accepted for flight, Acceptance Letter is required.

1. Medical Clearance certification issued by the City/Municipal Health Office

📍 LEGAZPI

♦️MGA alituntunin kung sino man po ang pauwi sa Pinas.
♦️“New Normal” from NAIA website. We will now be required to pay for a Covid Test (P3500) upon arrival to the Philippines and be subjected to quarantine for 3 to 5 days to a hotel that we will need to pay for until the results come in???
♦️ALL arriving passengers are required to go thru the RT-PCR test.
✅For OFWs, PhilHealth will pay . RT-PCR Test cost 3,500. For Non-OFW at their own expense. But if they are a PhilHealth member, they can charge it as long as they have PhilHealth membership number then fill up it to the form for swabbing. Thank you .
✅From NAIA, OFW will be brought to a Govt designated quarantine facility. For non-OFWs, to a hotel of their choice, at their own expense. They will wait for 3-4 days until results come out.
✅If test results is positive, passengers will be pick up by the Bureau of Quarantine who shall assume jurisdiction monitoring them. If test results is negative, Quarantine will issue a certificate stating that person tested NEGATIVE in the PCR test.
✅For those who tested negative and has been issued a certificate, they can leave hotel and go home to their residences.
✅We also refer you to the Department of Transportation - Philippines, they might be able to help you with you regards to the possible transportation. Thank you .

MPORTANT NOTICE ON STATUS OF PAL FLIGHTS

PAL Advisory #34

In compliance with the Philippine government's Enhanced Community Quarantine measure over the Region of Luzon, including Metro Manila, ALL DOMESTIC FLIGHTS of Philippine Airlines are CANCELLED effective immediately until 12 April 2020. Flights shall resume on 13 April 2020.

We continue to operate INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS up to March 19, 2020. We will announce in due course the status of our international flights from March 20 up to April 12, as we are presently coordinating with government authorities on the relevant implementing details.

PAL will comply with the travel restrictions set out in the quarantine rules, as follows:
A. Our international flights departing the Philippines from 17 March until 20 March will carry foreign nationals and Filipino OFWs.

B. Our international flights arriving in the Philippines for the 17 to 20 March period will be allowed to carry the following: Filipino nationals, their foreign spouses and children and holders of permanent resident visas.

The PAL Manila Airport Ticket Office at the NAIA Terminal 2 will remain open from 2:00 AM until 10:00 PM daily, 7 days a week. However, all other PAL Ticket Offices in Metro Manila will be closed to comply with the quarantine directives.
For travel and ticketing concerns, please call our Hotline at (63 2) 88558888.

We respectfully request you to consider deferring any requests for rebooking until after 12 April 2020, in view of the strict social distancing required by the quarantine measures; we expect a high volume of queries and transactions at the Ticket Office as well as the Hotline, and we ask you to bear with us as we deal with the challenge of handling an unprecedented number of cancelled flights over this quarantine period.

Please note that this is a developing situation, and the quarantine rules are subject to periodic review by the Philippine government's Inter-Agency Task Force for COVID 19.
