"O Mighty and Merciful One,

In this moment of prayer, we come before you with humble hearts, seeking your divine protection for the beautiful island of Guam, its people, and all who dwell within its shores. We recognize the vulnerability of this beloved land in the face of a typhoon, and we beseech you to extend your loving hand of shelter and safeguard.

We pray for the residents of Guam, that you may grant them strength, courage, and resilience as they face the approaching storm. In their hearts, calm any fear or anxiety, and replace it with trust in your unwavering care. Provide them with the wisdom to make sound decisions, to prepare diligently, and to support one another as a unified community.

O Lord, we humbly ask for your divine intervention to divert and weaken the forces of the oncoming typhoon. Still the raging winds and calm the tumultuous seas. Blanket Guam with a shield of protection, shielding it from the destructive winds, torrential rains, and the dangers they bring.

We lift up our prayers for the emergency responders, the first responders, and all those who work tirelessly to ensure the safety and well-being of the people of Guam. Grant them strength, wisdom, and guidance in their noble efforts. Surround them with your protective embrace and empower them to provide aid and assistance with compassion and efficiency.

In this time of uncertainty, may the people of Guam find solace and refuge in your unwavering love and grace. Comfort those who are anxious, console those who are displaced, and heal those who may be injured or affected by the typhoon's impact. In the aftermath, restore their homes, their communities, and their lives, bringing them together in unity and resilience.
