Ang ECQ ay siyang pinakamahigpit na uri ng quarantine status sa Pilipinas.

Last year, the ECQ required a Quarantine Pass limited to 1 person per household.

Ngayong taon ay tinanggal na ito at magpakita lang na kayo ay Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR).

Akala namin ay sapat na ang ECQ status upang maintindihan ng lahat na sadyang mapanganib sa labas kaya’t “stay at home” sana as much as possible.

Pero ano ang nangyari?

Aba pareho ang checkpoint bottleneck katulad sa 2020 ngunit dahil walang Q-Pass ang akala ng iba ay malaya na silang makakalabas katulad noong MGCQ.

Resulta? Katakot-takot na traffic ang inaabot ng ating mga essential commuters.

2. Pag kayo ay lumabas at na-traffic ng sobra ay hindi kami nagkulang sa babala;
