1. Kadalasan ng published rates ng airlines ay BASE FARE ONLY, unless otherwise stated.

Ano nga ba ang ibig sabihin pag BASE FARE?

Sagot:

Base Fare is the amount of fare before taxes, fuel surcharge and terminal fees are added.

May seat sale or piso fare ang airline,

sa post nakita mo 1, 99, 299, 399 and so on.

BASE FARE:

Php 268 x 2 way (published rate ni airline sa post)

for example roundtrip CRK-CEB-CRK

VAT: Php 118
Terminal Fee: 300
Aviation Security Fee: 30
Fuel Surcharge: 450
Web Admin Fee: 560
Total Amount: Php 1994

Di maaaring di mo bayaran ang tax, at mga fees na yan kasi government mandated yan.

Kaya magbasa at unawain muna mabuti ang Terms and Conditions bago ka mag PM sa anuman ticketing office or kahit na sa mismong official website /page ng airlines para hindi ka mabiktima ng



2. Naka promo ba ang ganitong date?

Example Christmas Season,

Holy Week,

Special Holidays,

Long Weekends.

Sagot: 95% Hindi po..

Dahil ang mga petsang ito ay tinatawag na black out dates kung saan, di applicable ang promo fares

dahil sa taas ng demand, andaming gustong magbiyahe sa ganitong time.

3. Discounted po ba ang bata, 3 years old and above?

Sagot:

Considered as adult rate na po sila.

Infant Rate is only applicable for 2 years old and below at dapat,

wala pang 2 years old ang bata sa date ng travel para maging eligible sa infant rate.

4. Magpapabook po sana ako kaso bukas ko pa po mababayaran, pwede po ba ipareserve yan?

Sagot:

BOOK AND BUY BASIS po ang airlines.

Ibig sabihin, para mapasayo ang booking na gusto mo, kailangan muna itong bayaran bago makapag issue ng ticket.

Dahil kadalasan, walang kakayahan ang agency na i-hold ang seats o promo fares.

5. Bakit inoffer ran ako ng murang fare sa una kong inquire nung babalikan ko mahal na?

Sagot:

PAL TRAVEL ADVISORY

ALERT: Power interruption at Manila airport Terminal 2 from 1:00AM-2:30AM / Feb 14 and 15

In line with electrical maintenance activities being carried out by Manila Airport authorities, the NAIA Terminal 2 departure areas will be affected by a partial power interruption from 1:00 AM to 2:30 AM on February 14 and 15.

This temporary power interruption will affect the operation of baggage carousels, elevators, weighing scales, and check-in counters.

Our airport check-in counters will be open as early as 7:00 PM on February 13 and 14 to enable passengers to check in early for their flights departing next day.

We also encourage our passengers to utilize our PAL online check-in facility within 24 hours before departure by logging on to www.philippineairlines.com.

will conduct a series of scheduled electrical maintenance activities at NAIA Terminals 1 and 2, International Cargo Terminal, MIAA Admin Bldg and the airfield starting February 6 until March 7 as part of the ongoing upgrade of NAIA’s electrical systems.

Minimal disruptions will occur in some areas but Management assures the riding public that critical systems used for passenger processing will remain operational. The MIAA sees no significant impact of the scheduled works to flight operations.

MIAA has taken a proactive approach by meeting all stakeholders to inform them about the maintenance schedules. A prior meeting with MIAA's service provider and Meralco led to a unified strategy to ensure uninterrupted flight and passenger movement during the subject period.
