MS. ICAY - GENERAL MANAGER
• Supervise daily operations, develop and implement plans to enhance revenue and profitability, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Set goals, evaluate progress, manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers and vendors, and build connections with important stakeholders.
• Controls the functions of the entire office.
MS. TROYO - SECRETARY
• Generate agendas and schedules for conferences, meetings, and other events allocated to the company.
• Make sure that it may also capture and disseminate minutes or other types of notes upon request.
• Responds to and answers questions and inquiries from the administration.
• Perform greetings and leads clients and guests, and takes calls, transfers them, and screens as necessary.
MS. TORRES - TRAVEL SPECIALIST
• Responsible for managing and arranging travel arrangements for clients.
• Must understand the clients' needs and preferences to create customized travel plans that meet their specific requirements.
• Must conduct a thorough research and planning to arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services for clients.
• Make all necessary bookings and reservations for clients and ensure that they receive all necessary travel documents and information.
• Must promote the travel agency's products and services to potential clients and help increase sales.
MS. SALINGAY - CASHIER
• Responsible for accepting payment thru cash or debit card.
• Accepts payments and giving receipt so that the travelers had a good constract to their booking.
• Make sure that the pricing so that the transaction to our customer is all good.
MS. LEGASPI - OPERATIONAL MANAGER
• Organizes the planning, booking, ticketing, and customer service aspects of all travel operations.
• Manages daily chores, both online and offline, plan tour schedules, and organize tour assignments.
