We would like to inform the public that the regulated rate for canyoneering activities as mandated under 𝐁𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟏-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐨. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒-𝟎𝟒. The approved rate for canyoneering services is 𝐏𝐡𝐩 𝟐,𝟎𝟎𝟎, which has been carefully determined to ensure the safety and satisfaction of tourists while supporting the sustainable development of our tourism industry and the preservation of our natural resources.
It is imperative that all tourism operators, guides, and related stakeholders comply with this regulation. Non-compliance shall be met with penalties as outlined in 𝐁𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟏-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐, which include:
1. 𝐹𝑖𝑟𝑠𝑡 𝑂𝑓𝑓𝑒𝑛𝑠𝑒 - 𝑃ℎ𝑝 1,000.00 𝑝𝑒𝑟 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑑 𝑜𝑟 𝑡𝑤𝑜 (2) 𝑑𝑎𝑦𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑢𝑛𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑖𝑐𝑒 (𝑒𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡 [8] ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠 𝑎 𝑑𝑎𝑦), 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑎 𝑜𝑛𝑒-𝑚𝑜𝑛𝑡ℎ 𝑠𝑢𝑠𝑝𝑒𝑛𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑜𝑓 𝑏𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠 𝑖𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑎𝑠𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑏𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠 𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑚𝑖𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑒𝑠 𝑖𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑚𝑢𝑛𝑖𝑐𝑖𝑝𝑎𝑙𝑖𝑡𝑦.
