⚠️⚠️ To all guest entering Cebu City, Cebu Province, Mandaue City, and Lapu-lapu City.

The local government is requiring all arriving guests to present the following travel document requirements, to be accepted for flight:

MANDAUE CITY
For fully vaccinated guests:
1. All arriving guests who can present their official Vaccine Card and/or Vaccine Certificate will be exempted from presenting a negative RT-PCR test prior entry into Mandaue City.
2. S-Pass
3. Valid ID

For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated guests:
1. Negative RT-PCR test result, taken within seventy-two (72) hours prior departure and/or negative Antigen test result, taken within forty-eight (48) hours
2. S-Pass
3. Valid ID

CEBU PROVINCE
For fully vaccinated individuals:
Fully vaccinated individuals shall no longer be required to present a negative RT-PCR test result, a negative Antigen test result or a Medical Certificate as a requirement for entry.

For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated individuals:
1. Medical certificate certifying that they do not exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 at the point of origin. The medical certificate should be issued within twenty-four (24) hours before arrival in Cebu.

CEBU CITY
For fully vaccinated individuals:
1. Valid ID / proof of identity with picture and signature
2. Official Vaccination Card with QR Code. If a QR code is not available, present the Official Vaccination Certificate issued by the local health officer of the LGU or the Vaccination Certificate issued by the Department of Health – Bureau of Quarantine.

For unvaccinated / partially vaccinated individuals:
1. Negative RT-PCR test result from a DOH-accredited laboratory, taken within the last seventy-two (72) hours; or
2. Negative Antigen test result from a DOH-accredited laboratory, taken within the last forty-eight (48) hours; or
3. Negative Saliva Test from a DOH-accredited laboratory, taken within the last forty-eight (48) hours

LAPU-LAPU CITY
There are currently no requirements to enter Lapu-Lapu City.
