A few reminders to our future guests:

1.) During inquiry, please provide necessary details kahit dates at ilang pax lang para alam namin what type of unit ang iooffer.

2.) Kung mag iinquire ng lagpas 11 pm, expect na bukas na kami makakapag reply. Yung mga guests na "available ba? Reply asap" tapos yung mga tumatawag lalo na kahit 1 am para mag inquire. Hindi po kami hotel na may 24 hours na front desk. (Also, ang hirap ibalik sa tulog ang baby kapag naistorbo kaya talagang papatayan ko po kayo ng phone. We have separate line for guests na mag checheck in ng alanganing oras don't worry.)

3.) Kapag nag reply na kami na ito po yung available unit sa dates niyo, wag na maghanap ng wala.

4.) Matuto po magbasa para hindi paulit ulit ang tanong. Lalo na kapag nagsend kami ng details.
Example:
Magsesend kami ng picture ng rates then tatanungin "hm po?"
Nireplyan na no pets allowed, magtatanong "e pusa po pwede?"

4.) Need po ng DP para mareserve yung unit since may mga guests na no show. Then may tatawag.
Guest: paconfirm ng booking namin
Me: Nag DP na po?
Guest: Hindi pa. Pasend ng instructions pano mag check in.
Me: Yes isesend po namin yan pag nagpa book na po kayo.

With the soaring temperatures brought about by the summer months, the perennial problem of not having enough water supply has reared its ugly head once more.

In a media forum at City Hall, March 29, City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) staff Louie Glen Lardizabal called on residents to practice water conservation and recycling in their households to mitigate the impact of scarce water resources especially during these dry months.

“The problem of an impending water shortage this summer period could lead into a disaster if no solution is found,” he warned.

He said access to clean water is not only vital for our health, but its lack also affects those in the food and agricultural sectors where an abundant water supply plays a crucial role in their operations.

Also, the city’s ongoing urban gardening program could not be sustained if there is a water shortage dilemma since plants need water to survive, Lardizabal added.

“We should all be practicing water conservation and recycling in our households not only when there is water shortage,” he stressed.

Earlier, Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Baguio Water District (BWD) general manager Salvador Royeca warned owners of private deep wells and water delivery businesses against alleged overpumping and abusive practices that harm the Summer Capital’s water table.

The city council also passed a resolution requesting the BWD, City Planning and Development Office, and other concerned government agencies to make a feasibility study for additional rain water reservoirs in the city.-Gaby B. Keith

6. Pwede magluto? May bayad po ba?
👉 Pwede at libre po ito. Yung couple and studio unit sa common pantry pwede magluto. Free din po ang drinking water.

7. May parking?
👉 Yes. Isang slot sa bawat unit. Pag lagpas isa, sa pay parking na po para fair pero kung may bakante pa naman, go.

8. May curfew?
👉 Wala naman po.

9. Pwede visitors?
👉 Yes allowed sila hanggang 10 pm. Pag lagpas 10, considered as overnight. Overnight charge is 500. Wag na po magpuslit kahit tulog ang staff nagnonotify po sa CCTV namin kada daan ng tao.

10. May towels? May kumot?
👉 Yes may kumot, complete beddings. For towels, magdala nalang po meron naman kami pero 50 pesos per towel.

11. Wala na po bang tawad?
👉 Nagdidiscount kami if 3 nights or more, or 11 pax above. Kung wala sa nabanggit, fixed na po ang rate.

12. Pwede pets?
👉 Hindi po. Ilang beses na namin pinagbigyan pero meron talagang pet owners na walang p**ialam sa dumi ng pets lalo yung tinatabi sa bed. Ang hirap po magpalaundry at linisin yung mga dumikit na balahibo. Kaya to be fair, bawal po. Respeto nalang din po sa amin if ayaw namin, hanap nalang po ng place na pwede wag na ipagpilitan.

13. Pwede magyosi?
👉 Yes, sa labas. Wag naman po sa loob at kumakapit sa kurtina or nakukulob sa kwarto.

14. Pwede po early check in? How about late check out?
👉Early in: 50% of daily rate

👉 For late check out, may additional payment din dahil maaapektuhan yung araw na yun since hindi na kami makaka accept ng sunod na guest. Pero kung may naka sched na next guest sorry hindi po pwede. Kung ang concern ay pag iiwanan muna ng gamit habang naglilibot, okay lang po iwan sa staff room wag lang mag iwan ng mahalagang gamit.

15. Pwede kung anong oras ang in yun din ang out?
👉 Hindi po pwede. We need time para malinis yung room for the next guest.

Note: Pinatay po namin yung flush ng toilet kasi medyo mahirap ang tubig. Kung hindi okay sa tabo at timba, pasensya na po kaya sinasabi na namin ngayon palang. Thank you! 🤗
