Tita's Transient House Baguio offers accomodation in Baguio City. Our place is in Middle Quezon Hill where you can experience the cold breeze and occasional fog because of its ideal hill elevation.
A 15 minutes walk to LOURDES GROTTO and MIRADOR HERITAGE and ECO PARK.
BURNHAM PARK, CITY MARKET, NIGHT MARKET, SESSION ROAD, CATHEDRAL and SM are just 6 minutes away by car making it very convinient.

The location is also an overlook, you can see MT. CABUYAO in full view.
A few steps from the rooftop is the picturesque of the City Skyline overlooking SM BAGUIO and neighboring mountains and barangays. Infront of the unit is a garden.

You can go to IGOROT STONE KINGDOM, TAM-AWAN VILLAGE, STRAWBERRY FARM in La Trinidad, SAM'S AGRITOURISM PARK, BENCAB MUSEUM without passing the City proper because roads leading up to these places traverse the place and easy to get there because of these alternate routes.

Our vacation home is composed of 2 BEDROOMS, extra matresses, towels, bed linens are available. Can lay extra foams on the living room for extra guest if they want to.
1 BATHROOM including hot and cold shower. A KITCHEN where you can cook your own meals has basic cooking wears and utensils. HOT WATER DISPENSER, free mineral water first day only. FREE WIFI CONNECTION, 24 HOURS SECURITY CAMERAS on property.

The accomodation is NON-SMOKING, Pets not allowed, children of all ages are welcome.

Our outdoor offers a balcony, rooftop, garden, mountain and cityscape view.

Peaceful and friendly neighborhood.
