Batanes during the months of October to January usually has rainy and windy weather due to the northeast wind that batter the islands. Travelers visiting during these months are advised to prepare for eventualities of flight cancellation because of bad weather. We advise Batanes-bound guests to bring extra funds for additional days on the island as well as clothes ready for the cold weather.☔⛈️

The Batanes COVID-19 Task Group (PIATF) unanimously approved the lifting of the policy on “Certificate of Acceptance” to all travelers to the Province of Batanes starting October 1, 2022.
