Due to Severe Tropical Storm Kristine, our Northern Homes Accommodation and Café will be closed today, October 24, for everyone’s safety. We will announce when we will reopen as soon as conditions improve.

In the meantime, our Coffee House along the highway remains open to serve you. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee to keep you warm in this cold weather! Stay safe, and thank you for your understanding.

However the transient will still remain in operation, and the cafe will still be open but only limited to the transient guests.

Sincerest gratitude to the Lucena Sales Charity Foundation for their generosity and commitment you have shown. Despite the challenging weather condition, your team travelled to our remote schools to distribute school supplies to the students.

We are deeply moved by your selflessness, especially knowing that some of you went home wet, cold, and some even experienced hypothermia. Yet, despite these challenges, you carried on with your mission to bring joy to the students.

Equally, we are grateful that you made Our Northern Homes your temporary shelter for three nights through the recommendation of Principal I Assunta Mayos. It had been a privilege to have been able to host such a caring and committed team.

Today, we had the privilege of hosting an amazing family having their mother's birthday celebration here in the café! Everyone was smartly dressed and full of joy, making this day all the more special. It is so sweet to see so much love and unity. Thank you for choosing us to be a part of this beautiful celebration!

NOTICE TO OUR VALUED GUESTS AND TOURISTS

We would like to inform you that the landslide has occurred at Km 73, Pilando Road. However, for those guests inquiring about road conditions, rest assured that this will not affect your travel to Atok, as our location is at Km 25, and other tourist spots in Atok are located between Km 50 and Km 55. You can still enjoy your visit to Atok, Benguet, without concern.

While your trip will remain unaffected, we share the concern and sadness for the road condition at Km 73, which impacts many farmers traveling their crops to La Trinidad and Baguio and other tourists traveling to Sagada. We are hopeful and prayerful for the swift restoration of this route.
