This decision prioritizes the safety and well-being of all participants, guests, and staff. We will announce the new schedule once conditions stabilize and new dates are confirmed.

You are all welcome to celebrate with us our 2024 Indigenous Peoples Month Celebration and 27th IPRA Commemoration tomorrow October 19, 2024 (8:00 AM) at Burgos Stadium with a theme "Valuing, Nurturing, and Honoring Indigenous Peoples and Indigenous Knowledge".

Solidarity Parade will start at 8:00 AM (Route: Infront of the Municipal Hall - Burgos Public Market - Burgos Auditorium) to be followed by the program proper.

Anchored in introducing and promoting the town's unique livelihood industries and potential tourist sites, four (4) tourists from Manila participated in Familiarization Tour of Burgos Soft Broom Industry and Bolikewkew Rice Terraces on September 15, 2024 (Sunday).

Live demonstrations of soft broom weaving were conducted to make the experience interactive, enriching their understanding of the beauty and sophistication of these crafts. This hands-on approach provided valuable insights to Burgos cultural heritage.

The said tour was made possible through the leadership of Hon. Mayor Delfin C. Comedis, Jr., in partnership with F.A.S.T. Travel & Tours.
