From Cubao , ride a bus to Baliwag/Baliuag Bulacan. - P60

Then tell the driver to drop you off at Baliwag Bayan.

From there take a trike to San Rafael River Adventure. (2-4pax) - P150

You can bring food inside, they also have grilling areas inside.

Food there ranges from P60-P400
Must try their tilapia - P200 for one kilo, and u can choose where your food can be served.

Overall my experience here is great, the staffs are really kind to take pictures of me and give me kahimito. 💕 The view is breathtaking 🌱 Every corner of the place is picture perfect and the air is really refreshing. Will go back here for sure! One of the most relaxing place I've ever been! 🍂
