Commending some of the best athletes/personalities in the world of fitness and bodybuilding. As a fitness enthusiast, it is my own little way to motivate continually and keep the fitness and bodybuilding spirit alive amidst this pandemic. To start with, meet Don Reymund Ramasasa, native of Cebu now residing in Cagayan de Oro city. An inspirator, endorser, mentor, life motivator, powerlifter and bodybuilding athlete who won both local and natonal competitions. "Gamay pero hait", has always been his tagline yet his powerful asset to to go toe to toe upstage with other high class bodybuilders in his division. He started bodybuilding at a very early age enabling him to learn so much from the sport and make a masterpiece out of it. Salute to coach Moy!

POWER PLAY Muscle Factory Gym wants to make sure all members who use our facilities respect our equipment and each other, so all members can continue to have a positive experience at our gym. We trust that our members will act respectfully, use their best judgment and be courteous of others while using the facility. We want to make sure all individuals who use our services feel comfortable and safe, and we need each person to do their part to ensure this occurs.

1. In case of emergency or equipment malfunction, kindly inform the Gym Staff right away.

2. Please be cautious when exercising.

3. The Gym offers a non-threatening environment to get healthier. We discourage dropping weights, emotional outbursts, and loud grunting while working out.

4. Please RESPECT others who are trying to exercise.

5. No loud or offensive language or behavior.

6. All personal things must be kept off workout floor, back packs, etc, should be stored in lockers or designated areas.

7. Lockers are used on a first come, first serve basis.

8. Keep the facilities clean. Please discard your trash properly.

9. Return weights to proper place after each use.

10. NO smoking, alcoholic beverage, drug use or any illegal activity allowed inside the facility.

11. Do not deface or destroy any property within the gym, including walls, floors, equipment, restroom facilities.

12. Proper workout attire is mandatory, ie. Gym shoes and outfit (no slippers, sandals or bare feet). Exemption for Muay Thai sessions.

13. Please turn off all equipment after each use (Treadmill, Elliptical).

14. If you have been on the cardio equipment longer than 30 minutes and other members are waiting for the machine, please allow other members to use the machine.

15. Do not monopolize the weights/strength training equipment. When doing circuit training you may not reserve all the equipment in your circuit at one time. Share the equipment if people are waiting.

16. Rules, regulations and facilities are subject to change without notice.

NOTE: Violation of these facility rules may result of loss/suspension or your membership without refund and additional charged when warranted.
