2. Outside the Train station, ride a jeepney going to either "Cainta, Binangonan, or Taytay". Tell to driver to drop you at "SMDC Charm". Note: Distance is only 900 meters, Fare is only 13 Pesos.

* 50% Downpayment (Non-refundable after 24 hours of booking confirmation)
* P1,000 Security Deposit (Refundable upon check out if there are no missing items and no damage is made to the property)
* Full payment before check-in.
* For advance bookings, you are eligible for a 50% refund if you cancel your reservation two weeks before the reservation date. Rescheduling is also permitted up to two weeks before the reservation date.
