Child Policy:
🌟RT Airfare per child is Php 17,500 net for children 2-11 yrs. + applicable terminal fee
🌟Children below 2 yrs are complimentary (lap seat)
🌟Up to 2 children (11 yrs & below) can stay in a Casita/bedroom with parents
🌟Breakfast of children 5 years old and below are complimentary (order from the Children’s Menu)
🌟6 to 11 years old rate is at Php 3,200++ per child for two nights inclusive of daily breakfast (from the Children’s Menu)
🌟12 years old and above are considered adults
😍Extra Person:
-Up to 1 additional adult can stay in a Casita/bedroom
-Third adult in the casita/bedroom is at Php 28, 200++ for two (2) nights. Rate includes extra bed and daily breakfast at the Clubhouse/Beach Club.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Rates are based on single or double occupancy in a Casita with inclusions as stated for a minimum of two nights.
2. Rates and offer validity are subject to change without notice.
3. Offer is subject to availability and not applicable during peak periods (Chinese New Year, Easter, Japanese Golden Week).
4. Exclusive can be closed off anytime depending on the hotel occupancy.
5. Rates are subject to 10% service charge & 12% government tax.
6. Max. occupants per room is 2 adults & 2 children (11 yrs & below) or 3 adults.
7. Proof of residency or copy of Philippine passport is required upon booking and check-in.
8. Not applicable for group bookings of 5 rooms and up, rates may increase depending on the occupancy of the resort.
9. *Option of one-time ala carte lunch consists of one starter & one main OR one main & one dessert per guest (exclusive of alcoholic beverages, premium water, premium meats, beach bbq and live seafood) and, inclusive of 1 round of non-alcoholic drink per person.
10. Mini-bar is replenished once daily. Non-alcoholic drinks to not include premium water.
11. Extension night is for bed & breakfast only.
12. 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. Full pre-payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
13. Notice of cancellation received within 21 days prior to arrival will incur full night room charge penalty plus taxes.
