I got this room for 3D2N worth 4K via Agoda. It' s actually a room for 2 with 2 beds na, so para lang s'yang 2K per head if sharing kayo. Mura na din di ba🤔

List of requirements for tourists coming to Boracay/Aklan that will take effect on February 1, 2022 as well as how to obtain a QR code:
I. Have these following documentary requirements ready:
*Negative RT-PCR Result Certificate taken from any DOH-accredited laboratories within 72 hours to date of travel
*Proof of Identification with Philippine Residency/ Passport for foreigners/OFWs/OFs
*A copy of confirmed booking slip/form from a DOT - Accredited Boracay Island accommodation/establishment
*Round Trip flight/travel details (only Caticlan Airport can be used by those travelling via air)

All tourists and travelers shall secure a “Quick Response” (QR) Code via the Online Health Declaration Card (OHDC) that can be accessed at https://www.touristboracy.com/ or https://aklan.gov.ph.

II. Get OHDC through touristboracay.com. Steps: Choose Boracay - Fill-up the boxes - Follow instruction on the OHDC receipt
Requirements to attach:
-Proof of identification with Philippine Residency;
-Travel details;
-Proof of Vaccination Status
(a) For fully vaccinated individuals:
*VaxCertPH COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate with full vaccination status from https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/; or
*Locally-issued Vaccination Card/ID with full vaccination status and with verifiable QR Code; or with contact details of the vaccination center; or
*World Health Organization International Certificates of Vaccination and Prophylaxis / Vaccination Card or Vaccination Certificate issued Abroad
(b) For Unvaccinated or Partially Vaccinated Individuals or in absence of the above-mentioned documents;
*RT-PCR Negative Result Certificate (saliva, nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal) with date of extraction within 72 hours to date of travel (https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/list-of-licensed-covid-19-testing-facilities/)
(c) For below 12 years old
*Please accomplish the Certificate of Undertaking Travelling with Minors template at https://aklan.gov.ph
