Cancelled Flights Due to Tropical Storm Enteng
As of September 2, 2024; 6:00 AM
Due to the forecasted impact of Tropical Storm Enteng on flight operations, Cebu Pacific has cancelled the following flights scheduled on September 2, 2024:
DG 6031/6032: Manila – San Jose – Manila
DG 6177/6178: Manila – Masbate – Manila
DG 6193/6194: Manila – Legazpi (Daraga) – Manila
DG 6118: Naga – Manila
5J 321/322: Manila – Legazpi (Daraga) – Manila
5J 325/326: Manila – Legazpi (Daraga) – Manila
5J 821/822: Manila – Virac – Manila
Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:
1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.
2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)
3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.
CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and a travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their trips on the following flights scheduled on September 3, 2024:
DG 6031/6032: Manila – San Jose – Manila
DG 6113/6114: Manila – Naga – Manila
DG 6117/6118: Manila – Naga – Manila
DG 6177/6178: Manila – Masbate – Manila
DG 6193/6194: Manila – Legazpi (Daraga) – Manila
DG 6195/6196: Manila – Legazpi (Daraga) – Manila
5J 172/173: Cebu – Legazpi (Daraga) – Cebu
5J 196/197: Manila – Cauayan – Manila
5J 321/322: Manila – Legazpi (Daraga) – Manila
5J 325/326: Manila – Legazpi (Daraga) – Manila
5J 504/505: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila
5J 506/507: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila
5J 821/822: Manila – Virac – Manila
Passengers on these flights may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.
As this is a developing situation, some flight changes may take place as the storm passes. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.
