In a simple but profound way, the Central Luzon Tour Guides' Association - CLTGA congratulates the Department of Tourism - Region 3 Office headed by Regional Director Cheng Daenos for the success of Central Luzon Philippine Experience.

We believe that the success of PEP in Central Luzon is the fruit of your love and dedication to the tourism industry and stakeholders which you have inculcated for years. The enormous support and generosity that various LGU's, frontliners and stakeholders showed last PEP in Central Luzon is a manifestation of a culture of generosity, excellence, and devotion that DOT Region III has created.

The PEP in Central Luzon is not just an expression of beauty and excellence. Even greater, it is an expression of love, sharing, thanksgiving, and servanthood which made the theme of this PEP authentic and true because the true meaning of Christmas is about the humility of God to be born as a man for the salvation of all humanity - the greatest love of all.
