In line with IATF Resolution No. 109-A series of 2021 placing NCR Plus under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ), only essential travel will be allowed on domestic flights into and out of Manila until April 30, 2021, subject to compliance with LGU restrictions and requirements.

Philippine Airlines will resume its flights between Manila and Calbayog, located in the eastern part of the Visayas Region, every Thursday, starting April 22, 2021.
By July 4, 2021, PAL will increase flights to 2x weekly, and on October 5, 2021 3x weekly.
PAL is strictly implementing "new normal" health and safety protocols and working with the government to ensure that you are protected as you travel with us. Please note that moratoriums are sometimes imposed by the Local Government Units (LGUs). Passengers are therefore advised to contact respective LGUs for clarifications.
