ADUNAY bag-ong gipagawas nga memo ang Cebu Provincial Capitol pinaagi ni Gobernador Gwendolyn Garcia nga gitangtang na ang RT-PCR/Rapid Antigen Test isip primary requirement sa mga byahedor nga buot mosulod sa Probinsya sa Sugbo.

Ang maong kamanduan gipadangat ngadto sa tanang Mayor sa Lungsod, Component Cities ug ingon man ngadto usab sa Philippine Coast Guard, PNP ug sa MCIA.

Inay negative RT-PCR/Rapid Antigen Test result, mokuha nalang ug medical certificate ang maong mga pasahero o byahedor gikan sa health center kung diin sila gikan. Ang validity sa medical certificate sulod lang sa 24 oras.
