ONE HEALTH PASS FOR ARRIVING INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS TO BE IMPLEMENTED AT MACTAN-CEBU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

In compliance with the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Resolution No. 135 dated August 26, 2021, all INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS arriving at Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) must register for a One Health Pass (OHP) account via https://onehealthpass.com.ph/ effective November 26, 2021, 00:00H.

The current MCIA Passenger Arrival Registration Form shall no longer be in use beginning November 25, 2021, 23:59H.

Passengers arriving on November 26 and 27, 2021 must register for the OHP account and accomplish the electronic Health Declaration Checklist (eHDC) at least a day before their scheduled departure.

For passengers arriving after November 27, register for an OHP account at least three (3) days prior to your scheduled departure.

Passengers are reminded to ensure completion and compliance with the OHP procedure to avoid being denied boarding.

1. Sa suspension of travel na magsisimula sa March 15, 2020.

Ipagbabawal ang air travel in and out of NCR..

If galing ka ng ibang bansa, at sa mga NAIA airports lalapag ang eroplanong sinasakyan mo, you will be under mandatory quarantine and will not be permitted to go out of NCR within the whole community quarantine period unless you belong to those who are exempted. MANANATILI LAMANG SILA SA METRO MANILA.

Kung galing ka naman ng ibang bansa at lalapag ka sa airport OUTSIDE NCR, hindi ka papayagan makapasok sa NCR, again, within the whole period of quarantine unless you are exempted. MANANATILI LAMANG SILA OUTSIDE METRO MANILA.

Sino sino ang magiging exempted dito na papayagan pumasok at lumabas ng NCR via land travel.

A) Drivers and pahinante ng mga cargos of suuplies going in and out NCR.

😎 Patients na kelangan ang facility sa NCR na wala sa mga probinsya.

C) Workers assigned in NCR who are living outside metro manila provided they can show proof. Example: ID or certificate of employment.

D) Public officials and employees na parte ng sa skeletal workforce ng gobyerno na nagrerespond sa crisis.

Magtatalaga ng iba't ibang check points at sa ingress at egress points ng Metro Manila. Sa bawat check points, maglalagay din ng kawani ng DOH para masigurado na walang sintomas ang mga papasok at lalabas ng NCR.

2. Sa usapin ng mga edukasyon at mag-aaral.

Gagamitin ng DepEd ang TRANSMUTATION FORMULA na kung saan cocomputin na lamang ang grades ng mga mag-aaral covering ang mga panahon na ipinasok lamang nila kasama ang 4th quarter na napasukan nila.

Kung sakaling hindi satisfied ang mag-aaral sa kanyang average, papahintulutan sila mag take ng exam (ONLINE) subject to the guidelines na iissue ng DepEd.

Gagawin din staggered ang kanilang FINAL EXAMS.

Magpapatuloy ang graduations na naka schedule after the quarantine period.

Hindi na irerequire ang mga gurong pumasok maliban kung talagang kinakailangan on LEARNER RELATED MATTERS na hindi kayang gawin online at ang utos ay manggagaling lamang sa DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT

3. Usapin ng kalakaran (Trade and Industry)

Magkakaroon ng PRICE FREEZE sa loob ng 60 days..

Lahat ng magsasamantala sa presyo ng mga pangunahing produkto ay KAKASUHAN AT IPAPAKULONG.

Hindi kelangang maapektuhan ang daloy ng supplies ng basic commodities.

HINDI DAW KELANGAN MAG PANIC BUYING SA MGA ALCOHOLS..

mauubos daw ang pera sa wallet pero hindi ang alcohol sa dami ng supply.

4. Sa usapin ng Religious Ceremonies and Worships..

- BOOK AND BUY BASIS po ang airlines. Ibig sabihin, para mapasayo ang booking na gusto mo, kailangan muna itong bayaran bago makapag issue ng ticket. Dahil kadalasan, walang kakayahan ang agency na i-hold ang seats o promo fares.

5. Bakit inoffer ako ng murang fare sa una kong inquire nung babalikan ko mahal na?

- First come first served basis po ang booking ng promo. Maaaring nung nag inquire po kayo, available pa dahil maaga pa. Ngunit nakabase pa rin ang final ticket price sa oras kung kailan ninyo masesettle ang bayad. Kaya dapat wag na magpaligoy ligoy pa kung may nakita nang sale.

6. Legit ang offer ng isang ticketing office or travel agency kung:
