📍Banul Beach, Coron Palawan

The majority of tours use as a lunchtime stop, dropping off their groups for an hour and then leaving. The key is to avoid visiting Banul Beach after 11.00am as this is when it starts to get busy.

Banul Beach is tiny , but has everything you could want. The water is still, warm and crystal clear, making it the perfect swimming spot. You can sunbathe on the incredibly fine sand or just enjoy the limestone karst views in all directions and watch the bangkas shuttling tour groups onto the next stop in the distance.

Lake is a crystal-clear freshwater lake in Coron, featuring underwater rock formations, caves and islets. It's a popular spot for photographers, for fairly obvious reasons, and is said to be the cleanest lake in all of the Philippines. Kayangan Lake is often touted as the cleanest lake in Asia due to its crystal-clear waters, which provide spectacular underwater views. Mixture of Fresh and Salt Water: The lake is a mix of 70% freshwater and 30% saltwater. This unique combination is called a brackish water environment.

This island is one of the hidden gems of Coron with pure white sand, coconut trees and a couple of bungalows. It is absolute paradise and an amazing place for an overnight stay in simple but comfortable accommodation.

One of the interesting things about Coron's history is its Japanese shipwrecks. One of the most-coveted activities in this island is diving to explore these World War II ruins. These ruins actually signify a point in history when WWII Japanese ships moored in Bay were bombarded from above.
