A faster process at the airport that our countrymen will go back to the Philippines

1. Register online before flying to the Philippines https://e-cif.redcross.org.ph/
2. You will receive a bar code / QR code in your email
3. Present bar code and your passport to verification officer
4. You will receive 6 bar code stickers
5. Stick a bar code sticker behind the passport
6. Proceed to swabbing area / testing booth and give the remaining bar code stickers
7. Take the baggage

- If you are a land-based OFW, go to OWWA booth so your hotels can find you while waiting for your results. This is free, the answer of the government.
- If you are a sea-based OFW, go to MARINA booth and your manning agencies will look for and answer your hotel accommodations.
- If you are a non-OFW, go online booking your hotel before flying to the Philippines. Head to the DOT booth so you can be assisted.

Wait for your results in your email. If the result is negative, you can go home. Download your BOQ certificate at www.quarantinecertificate.com OWWA answers the transportation of our OFWs (plane / bus).

* Other LGUS of the province are required to swab test again and quarantine while waiting for the result before going home to their homes.

ALL restrictions on non-essential outbound travel by Filipinos have been lifted by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque announced Tuesday, July 7, 2020.

Under IATF’s Resolution no. 52, the non-essential outbound travel by Filipinos shall be subject to the following conditions:

▪️Submission of confirmed roundtrip tickets for those traveling on tourist visas;
▪️Adequate travel health insurance to cover rebooking and accommodation expenses;
▪️Allowed entry by the destination country in accordance with travel, health and quarantine restrictions;
▪️Execution of a Declaration acknowledging the risk of the travel; and
▪️Upon return, shall follow the guidelines of returning overseas Filipinos of the National Task Force.
