Alya's TownHouse is located inside RICHWOOD HOMES in Brgy. Dao Dauis. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and bathroom. AC installed in every room. The kitchen is newly renovated with complete kitchen untensils and appliances.
Guests have an access to amenities such as Multipurpose Hall, Selected Landscaped Areas and Playground. There is 24/7 security inside the subdivision and garbage is collected 2-3 times a week. We also have a working space for you.
