✨️Let me share with you our financial expenses on our latest trip to Boracay in September 2022. Our tour schedule was set for Sept. 15–18, and we are a group of eight (8) people, all adults. We booked our flight on May 20, 2022, three (3) months before our scheduled flight. Our hotel was booked on August 2022. And a week before our flight, I prepared the essential documents needed for our entry into Boracay. This is a must, especially in these times of pandemic, because there are different protocols in every place. Here in Boracay, QR Codes are needed for tourists.
So here's my tip: 🏝🏖
📌First, book your flight at least 3 months prior to your desired schedule. Mas malaki po matitipid nyu.
📌Secondly, book your hotel 1 month in advance and look for the best option. For us, our co-travellers requested a hotel with breakfast and a pool included. Our hotel's location is just a 2-minute walk from Station 2 beach line. For me, this is the best option because it provides all our needs. The best part is the "free breakfast" accommodation.
📌Lastly, prepare your necessary documents at least a week before. At our entry point to Boracay, a few tourists got stocked on the port because they had to process their QR codes first. Sa amin, directso na kaming nakapasok. Kasi we prepared our documents ahead of time.
📢So, here's the breakdown for our financial expenses: (This is a per-person computation).
✈️Roundtrip Airfare ticket: 5,900 pesos (DVO-MNL-CAT ; CAT-CEB-DVO) We choose the Caticlan Airport kasi mas malapit to sa port going to Boracay, mas less din sa pamasahe.
🏙Hotel Accomodation: 3,300 pesos (4 days & 3 nights)
note: w/ breakfast, gym and pool accomodation. 3-star hotel.
🍭Food Expense: 2,000 pesos.
We are a group of 8 pax and each of us contributed 2k para less hassle and as one na ang payment ng food. Pero for small group kaya din naman ang 2,000 pesos, marami din naman option sa boracay na mura lng, especially sa D'mall and Station 3 area. For me I recommend at least isang meal mag seafood kayo then the rest meals pwde na Jollibee, Mcdo or Mang Inasal.
💰💰Total Expenses: 11,200 pesos +++
📓Summary: For us hindi masyado masakit yung ganitong bakasyon. Why? Kasi staggered yung expenses. At least a month before pocket money nlng yung kailangan iprepare.
