With all the beautiful forests and natural environments in El Nido, you can expect that we have rich biodiversity that includes many species of flora and fauna, including insects. Always bring insect repellents with you whenever outside for different activities.

There are stray animals in many areas in El Nido. Most of them are safe and friendly, some have even adopted to being friends with tourists However, it is best not to touch or feed animals in the unlikely event that they have rabies. Avoid feeding dogs traveling in packs as this may cause fights.
