Sarif mucsin Boardwalk It is a project of lower baluan fisherfolk association (LBFA) headed by Pres Saida Suib and initiated by late Hon. Omar S. Mamalumpong and Late Hon. Lady Asley A.

The board walk in Baluan surrounded by mangroves for the next 10 years or longer is envisioned to be the next tourist attraction and a gateway for economic development, cultural promotion, as well as support for the Fisherfolks in the said Barangay. Abdul Majid S. Mamalumpong supported by Hon. Mamalumpong as the chair committee on environment, solid waste and Tourism.
