⏱️22 HRS
➡️ Mon-Thurs: 1,500.00/day for 2pax
➡️ Fri-Sun/Holiday: 1,600.00/day for 2 pax

⏱️24 HRS
➡️ Mon-Thurs: 1,700/day for 2pax
➡️ Fri-Sun/Holiday: 1,800/day for 2 pax

✔️Can offer discount for longer stay

➡️ Excess pax for 200 each. The unit has 1 full double bed, 1 single bed, 1 five-seater sofa, and 1 long lazy bench
➡️ 100/excess hour

STANDARD TIME:
Check-in time: 2PM
Check-out: 12N
Flexi time: depends on availability

INCLUSIONS: ✅
- WiFi
- WiFi ready Television (Netflix, YouTube, etc.)
- AC
- 1 full double bed, 1 single bed
- 1 five-seater sofa, 1 long lazy bench
- Dining table, chairs & stools
- Kitchenette (not heavy cooking, w/ multi-cooker and rice cooker)
- Mini refrigerator
- Towel/s (max of 2 towels will be provided)
- Guest/Amenity kit

EXCLUSIONS: ❎
- Parking fee
- Food and drinks (wine in the display can be opened/consumed for 250.00)

❗BOOKING TERMS:
- 500.00 reservation fee (thru bank transfer or gcash), non-refundable but rebookable once and with prior notice of at least within 48hrs
- "No Show" is not allowed to reschedule
- Full payment on check-in date thru bank transfer or gcash
- 1,000.00 security deposit upon check-in which will be returned fully upon check-out if no damage to property

- Copy of guest/s Valid ID/s as per requirement of the Property Management Office
