The unit/units are reserved under your name ONLY UPON RECEIPT of the Reservation Fee or Down payments, (whichever is stated in your invoices).

We send Booking Confirmation, with complete details, once we received your proof of payment..

Pls be informed that we don't entertain walk-in guests, so guests must have a confirmed booking schedule to have access to the units.
