Two airline companies have been given a green light to conduct flights from Incheon, South Korea to Kalibo International Airport (KIA) in Aklan beginning next month.
T’way Airlines is scheduled to arrive at KIA on June 17 while Air Seoul Airlines is set to have its first flight bound for Kalibo on June 22.

1. Negative RT- PCR with validity of 72 hours from date of extraction to date of travel (Saliva or Nasopharyngeal Swab Test)
2. Notice of Coordination/ Acceptance from Municipality of Destination issued by the Office of the Mayor
3. QR Code Requirement
- Access https://www.touristboracay.com/ and choose Aklan
- Fill out required fields and click submit
- Take a screenshot of the OHDC confirmation page
- Send the following documents to [email protected] using the email SUBJECT OHD- Family Name, First Name:
a. Notice of Coordination/ Acceptance from Municipality of Destination
b. Screenshot of the OHDC Confirmation page
c. Philippine Government issued ID
d. Negative RT-PCR result with date of extraction 3 days to date of travel
e. Travel Details
f. Copy of Pending S-PASS TCP Application
(Multiple Traveler documents can be sent in one email. Just include a listing of the names. Noted: Please submit your documents at least 12 hours or more before your travel to Aklan to avoid delays. RT-PCR results are verified with the laboratories. Traveler with falsified RT-PCR result shall be criminally prosecuted.)
- Wait for the email response of the Final Validator.
- If processing is unsuccessful, an email will be sent to you requesting for additional requirements or clarification.
- If processing is successful, a copy of Health Declaration Card with QR Code will be sent through email. Have a printed or digital copy. The QR Code will be used in the ports of entry (land, air, sea).

Read Executive Order No. 005-B, Series of 2021 providing guidelines for persons entering the Province of Aklan at http://bit.ly/EOn005B

STEPS:

1. Access https://www.touristboracay.com/ and choose Aklan Mainland.

2. Fill out required fields and click submit. Make sure that the correct visitor type is selected (Traveller).

3. Take a screenshot of the OHDC confirmation page.

4. Send the following documents to [email protected], using the email subject OHDC-FamilyName, FirstName:
Requirements for Travellers coming from outside Western Visayas:

1. screenshot of the OHDC confirmation
2. Philippine government-issued ID
3. Negative RT-PCR Result Certificate (saliva or nasopharengeal or oropharengeal) with date of extraction within seventy-two (72) hours to date of travel
4. Travel details (Only Kalibo International Airport can be used by those travelling via air.)

5. S-Pass Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) (can be obtained from https://s-pass.ph/)
Requirements For Passing Through Passengers:
1. Screenshot of the OHDC confirmation page
2. Philippine government-issued ID
3. S-Pass TCP/TPP with other Provinces as point of destination (can be obtained from https://s-pass.ph/)
4. Travel details (Only Kalibo International Airport can be used by those travelling via air.)
*Multiple Traveller documents can be sent in one email. Just include a listing of the names.

Note:

Please submit your documents at least 12 hours or more before your travel to Aklan to avoid delays.
RTPCR results are verified with the laboratories.
Travellers with falsified results shall be criminally prosecuted.

5. Wait for the email response (successful or unsuccessful) of the Final Validator. The validation team processes the QR Code within several minutes from receipt of email and usually responds within an hour. If you have not received any response within two hours, please send another follow up email.

6. If processing is unsuccessful, an email will be sent to you requesting for additional requirements or clarification. Please immediately comply with this to avoid delays in the QR Code release.

7. If processing is successful, a copy of HDC with QR Code will be sent back through email. Have a printed or digital copy. The QR Code will be used in the ports of entry (land, air, sea).
