CLARIFICATORY STATEMENT

The Committee on Awards and Certificates wishes to clarify the issue brought to social media on the names of the dignitaries signing the said awards and certificates.

The Committee on Awards and Certificates has the full responsibility on all awards and certificates given during the recently concluded 2024 Citrus Festival. Credit or appreciation is solely given to the recipient or awardee of the certificate, and it is not our intention to give credit much less to discredit the signatories. If ever there were lapses, it is a learning experience. Again, thank you all who supported the 2024 Citrus Festival.
