-fully furnished, air-conditioned studio unit with bedroom, with living & dining area, kitchen, toilet & bath
-with 40” Android TV and Netflix
-Fast WIFI up to 100mbps, with PLDT landline
-with hot&cold shower, refrigerator, electric kettle, induction cooker, rice cooker, basic cooking essentials/utensils, coffee maker, and dinnerware
-with bath towels, hair dryer and other guest amenities.

🔶sleeping arrangement:
1 double bed

🔶CHECK-IN : 2PM
CHECKOUT : 12NN (the next day)

🔶SWIMMING POOL:
Swimming Pool is a shallow-end pool. The deepest part is in the center with a depth of 5 feet.

▪️OPEN. : Tuesday to Sunday from 8AM - 7PM
▪️CLOSED: Monday (maintenance)

*FEE is good for multiple entry for 1 whole day only
*pay directly to Admin, located inside the clubhouse

*Swimming Pool access is FREE (only) for guests with long term lease.
