About the FOUNDER: Il Meglio Corporation was founded by ENGINEER VICTOR J. Civil Engineering in 1981 at the University of Santo Tomas and without delay got his professional license that same year. Having his career prioritized, he immediately sought employment at PDC (Pilar Development Corporation) as a Civil Engineer in the Land Development Division. While working there, he was invited to become an Engineering Faculty at Las Pinas College wherein he taught Physics and Calculus for two years. Olegario went on to work for PDC for 1 whole year when he was unexpectedly requested to become part of DCCD (Design Consultants & Construction Development) as an Inspector2 at their Construction Management Division. After rendering his skills and forte in DCCD for two years, he was given an opportunity to work abroad in 1984. With much consideration and deliberating, he eagerly applied as a Structural Engineer in Iraq focusing his thoughts on all the new practices and knowledge he’ll gain. Being in a foreign country, he made an effort to learn as much as he could so that when he returns home, he can make use of these techniques or even improve them to better suit the needs of his countrymen. In the mid year of 1986, Engineer Victor J. Olegario completed his contract and service in Iraq and resolved to head back home to his country. Still getting an impression of the economy around him, he settled for a Project Engineer position at Gallery Homes. After a year of observing and planning, he resigned from Gallery Homes and prepared to set up his own company. Finally, in the early months of 1988, Engineer Victor J. Olegario opened his humble Construction Company in Rose Avenue, Pilar Village. And since then, Il Meglio Corporation has been striving to provide the best quality service for all their clients. About the PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT: ARCH. OLEGARIO graduated B.S. Architecture in 2010 at the University of Santo Tomas. After graduating he completed his 2-year apprenticeship in Hoshida+Reyes Architects, a Sacramento, U.S.A. based architectural firm that catered the designs from simple residential houses to mid-rise buildings. Having completed the said apprenticeship he took the ALE (Architect Licensure Examination) on June, 2012 and was able to secure the position of being the Top 6 highest on all the board exam passers. Currently he is now the head architect/designer/PM/contractor of Il Meglio Corporation, managing the design and production of working drawings for Hoshida+Reyes Architects, Principal Architect of LA Studio, designer of TM Olegario Construction, and he is continually honing his skill and knowledge of the craft. About the INTERIOR DESIGNER: IDR. ANNE MARJORIE G. Interior Design in March 2005 at the University of Santo Tomas. By October 2005, secured the position of being the Top 6 highest on all the board exam passers of the National Interior Design Board Examination in the Philippines. Started working by year 2006, companies she worked with are Aidea Philiipines Inc, Multiline Interiors LLC ( Dubai, UAE ) & Al Reyami Interiors ( Dubai, UAE ), gaining 5 years exeprince in Dubai, UAE.
