Philippine Airlines is serving Tacloban, with 5x weekly flights from Manila and 2x weekly flights from Cebu.
Passengers need to bring the following documents to comply with local government unit (LGU) requirements:
Manila and Cebu to Tacloban:
ROF: 1) ID, 2) Travel Authority issued by JTF-CV Shield, 3) Negative RT-PCR result and Certificate of Quarantine issued by DOH-BOQ
LSI: 1) ID, 2) Barangay Clearance, 3) Medical Certificate issued by City/Municipality, 4) Travel Authority issued by JTC-CV Shield
APOR: 1) Official ID, 2) Certificate of Employment, 3) Health Certificate
OFW: 1) ID, 2) Travel Authority, 3) Negative RT-PCR result and Certificate of Quarantine issued by DOH-BOQ
Health Frontline Personnel: 1) PRC License, 2) Hospital ID, 3) Health Certificate
Gov't Officials and Gov't Frontline Personnel: 1) Official ID of the Office, 2) Health Certificate
Tacloban to Manila:
APOR/LSI: 1) Barangay Clearance, 2) Health Certificate, 3) Travel Authority
OFW: 1) Passport and Ticket, 2) Work Permit
Tacloban to Cebu:
APOR/LSI: 1) ID, 2) Barangay Clearance, 3) Medical Certificate issued by City/Municipality, 4) Travel Authority, 5) Coordination Clearance (Gov’t APOR exempted)
OFW: 1) Passport and Ticket, 2) Work Permit/Visa, 3) Medical Certificate issued by City/Municipality, 4) Travel Authority, 5) Coordination Clearance
