📍Enjoy your staycation in this brand new furnished townhouse located in Lipa.

📍The place has a good access to SNR, Outlets Lima , Balete tollway exit, new bypass road, malls,hospitals,University and very closed to restaurants offering a popular foods like LOMI,GOTO and BULALO ng Batangas.

The space
📍My place is good for families and small group of friends and can accommodate to 6-8 guests.

📍The 2 storey house has 3 Bedrooms.Two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with split typed air condition and a wall fan in the bedroom downstair and an extra floor mattress.

📍Feel this home yours and make your meals in our kitchen with built in cabinets and it has induction cooker,pots,and pans,and refrigerator is use for the convenience of our guests.Tableware like plates,mugs and utensils are also provided.

📍In a long tiring day it’s best to sit and relax to our fully air conditioned receiving area with 40inches TV.The property has wifi.
